1. Select system and upload your source

Choose the BuildingReports module you are importing into, then select the customer’s export.

Target ScanSeries module

The output column names and approved device types come from the official import template. v1.1: Zone uses first Zone Address code; Zone Label functions go to Notes.

Source file

CSV or Excel (.xlsx/.xlsm). Excel files are read directly in your browser with no network access. Legacy .xls is not supported.

Conversion runs in your browser; source files are not sent to our application server.

3. Approve device type conversions

Every final DeviceType must match an approved value for the selected module. Bulk decisions apply to all records with the same source classification.
